Dubai Creative Clusters Authority (DCCA) is one of the Main regulatory and administrative body for many freezone areas in Dubai Emirates.

DCCA regulates licensing, visa and zoning rules for free zones such as Dubai Internet City, Dubai Outsource City, Dubai Media City, Dubai Studio City, Dubai Production City, Dubai Knowledge Village , Dubai International Academic City, Dubai Biotechnology and Research Park , Energy and Environment Park (now Dubai Science Park) and Dubai Design District (d3) and MERAS.

In-order to obtain DCCA approval,Following Docuemnts and drawings has to  submit in DCCA

From tenant side:

1.Copy of Trade license or NON Occupancy letter

2. Copy of RERA (EJARI)

3.NOC from the landlord/building owner/developer/property management

4. Contractor appointment letter (original)(we will send you)

5. copy of tenancy contract and tittle deed (if leased by title deed holder)

6. DCD approval

9. Fee of Tecom drawing review (minimum 3020 dhs)

(total sq feet X 90fils (ex,5000 sq feet X 90 fils=5000 X 90=4500 dhs))

From contractor side:

1.20,000 dhs undated security cheque

2.Job acceptance letter

3.Application form (DCCA)

4.Trade license copy

5.outline program of work/scope of work  (remove the price from the quotation)

6.All drawings (thoroughly reviewed and self signed) in following order (DWF and PDF)

 Civil:

   A.Keyplan

    B.Existing floor plan

    C.Proposed floor plan

    D.Proposed Flooring material layout

    E.proposed Ceiling layout

    F.proposed Reflected Ceiling layout           

    G.proposed furniture layout

    H.Section
